Jessica Pluhar serves as NSI Insurance Group’s Director of Human Resources. With a strong commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture and driving organizational success, Jessica provides strategic vision and expertise in various areas including human resources planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, DEI, compliance, and HR analytics.
Jessica earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, her master’s degree from Hofstra University, and a certification from the Society of Human Resources Management. Jessica was honored with the Corporate Achiever Award by the Fortune 500 – Hispanic Association for Corporate Responsibility.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Jessica is deeply engaged in her community, serving on boards such as the Miami Shores local government and actively volunteering with organizations like the University of Maryland alumni association. She cherishes time with her children, hiking, and maintains her love for soccer, a sport she’s been playing since childhood.
