Jim McCue is the Chief Operating Officer at NSI Insurance Group, one of the largest privately-owned firms specializing in insuring families and businesses across the U.S. and in over 100 countries worldwide. In his role, Jim oversees NSI’s day-to-day operations, leading the firm’s seven divisions and managing 170 employees.
Jim brings a wealth of experience from his previous role as Managing Director and Head of Florida Operations at Marsh, the world’s largest insurance brokerage firm. During his 25-year tenure at Marsh, he successfully managed some of the company’s most effective teams, demonstrating his leadership and operational expertise.
Jim holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, which has provided a strong educational foundation for his distinguished career in the insurance industry. His extensive experience and proven track record make him a pivotal figure in driving NSI Insurance Group’s continued success.
