Raymond Mateo serves as NSI Insurance Groups’ Employee Benefits Leader. With a deep expertise in employee benefits, Raymond emphasizes the importance of being a “student of the business” and adapting to the ever-evolving industry landscape.
Raymond graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Connecticut with a degree in political science.
Outside the office, Raymond is actively involved in his church and contributes to various charitable organizations, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation. He values family time, enjoys the company of his dogs, and is an avid sports fan. Raymond also has a passion for hands-on projects, having completed much of the trim work in his house over the course of a year.
