After yet another powerful hurricane greatly altered Southwest Florida lives this week for the third time in two years, some folks are ready to get out of dodge.
Costs from Helene’s destruction across the Southeast are projected to exceed $30 billion with Milton exceeding these projections, bringing total losses to nearly $200 billion, said Oscar Seikaly, CEO of NSI Insurance Group.
